Refund policy
Before the work starts
If you have paid but the document has not been generated yet, write to (почта не заполнена) and we refund in full, no questions asked.
If we fail to deliver
If your document has not reached you within 24 hours of a confirmed payment, and we cannot deliver it after that, we refund in full.
If the file is broken or wrong
If the file will not open, is incomplete, or is not yours, we fix it or refund in full. Write within 14 days of delivery.
Double payment
If you were charged twice for one order, we refund the extra payment in full.
After delivery
The report is written individually for you and cannot be resold, so once it has been delivered we do not refund because the content did not match expectations. This is the standard rule for personalised digital goods. If you believe the document is wrong on the facts you gave us, write to us - we look at every such message.
How refunds are made
Refunds go back by the same method you paid with. Card refunds normally take 5-10 business days to appear. For a payment made in cryptocurrency the refund is sent to the address you name in your message, and the amount refunded is the amount we received.
How to ask
Write to (почта не заполнена) with your order number. We answer within 3 business days.
