Who is responsible

What we ask for
Your given name, family name, patronymic, date of birth and your mother's given name. Optionally your e-mail, if you want a copy of the download link. We also store the order and payment metadata our payment provider returns (amount, currency, transaction identifier), the campaign parameters of the link you arrived by, and your IP address and browser string for security and fraud prevention.
Why we ask for your mother's name
It is a required input of the calculation method. It is never printed in the document, it is never shown to anyone, and it is erased from our database as soon as your document is delivered.
Data revealing religious beliefs
The report contains a programme of religious practice, so we treat everything you submit as special category data revealing religious beliefs. We process it only on your explicit consent, which you give with the checkbox before payment. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to (почта не заполнена); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out, and after delivery there is nothing left to withdraw from except the order record we must keep for accounting.
Legal grounds
Performance of our contract with you for preparing and delivering the report; your explicit consent for the special category data; and our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and in meeting accounting and tax obligations.
Who else sees your data
The payment provider receives the order identifier and the amount - never your name or your date of birth. The AI text service that writes the wording of your report receives your given name, your age and the letters your name and family name consist of; it never receives your date of birth, your mother's name, your e-mail or your address. Our hosting provider stores the encrypted database and the finished files. We do not sell data and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Your mother's name: until the document is delivered. Finished document files and download links: 30 days. Order and payment records: for the period required by the accounting and tax law that applies to us. You may ask us to erase everything that is not legally required to be kept.
Where it is stored
Data is stored on a server in Kazakhstan, where the seller is registered. The document itself is assembled on a separate machine that receives only the data needed for the calculation and keeps no copy after delivery. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, your data therefore leaves that area: the transfer happens on the basis of the explicit consent you give before payment, and you can withdraw that consent at any time.
Your rights
Access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent. Write to (почта не заполнена); we answer within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Analytics and advertising
Nothing is loaded until you press Allow. Necessary storage - your order identifier and your language choice - is kept in your browser and is not shared. If you allow analytics, we load Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel and the TikTok pixel. What we send them is limited to an order identifier, an amount and a currency. We never send your name, your date of birth, your mother's name, your e-mail or a single line of your report, and we never use the fact that you bought this product to target you or anyone else by religion.
Not for children
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly process the data of anyone under 18.
Changes
This notice was last updated on 2026-08-28. If we change it, the new version appears on this page with a new date.
