Format
One PDF document of about 30-40 pages, prepared individually for you. Where a second language version exists, you receive both files.
When
Preparation starts automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed and normally takes between five and fifteen minutes. Under load it can take longer; the order page shows the current state and updates by itself.
How
A download button appears on the order page. If you gave an e-mail, the same link is sent there. The link works for 30 days - save the file.
If it takes longer than an hour
Write to support@myfitra.net with your order number. If we cannot deliver, we refund in full.
